Linda McCartney

Lady Linda McCartney (September 24, 1941-April 17, 1998) was a photographer and musician. After she divorced her first husband Melville See in 1962, McCartney discovered photography, and her career as a celebrity photographer began after a photoshoot of the Rolling Stones. In 1967, on an assignment in London, Linda met Paul McCartney for the first time at a club, and married just two short years later. Linda helped Paul through the breakup of the Beatles, supported his creation Wings, and sang in some of their songs and on tour. Linda was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1995, and passed away in 1998. Linda holds a special place in the heart of Tutorial, due to her famously terrible singing skills. As a result, three students who didn’t play instruments instead created the cover of the album, dubbing themselves “The Lindas.”
